The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is Nigeria’s statutory professional body for Human Resource Management.
It is chartered by an Act of the National Assembly, which establishes its governing council and empowers it to regulate HR practice and professional standards nationwide.

Exam Structure
CIPM's exam ladder has six stages: Foundation I & II, Intermediate I & II, Professional I & II.
You must be a Student Member before sitting exams.
Typical topics: HR fundamentals, labor law/industrial relations, performance & rewards, L&D, HRIS, strategy & OD, business & finance, research & analytics — progressing to advanced strategic HR at the Professional levels.
